This allows us enough time to offer the open time slot to other clients on our waitlist. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a late fee.The Penalty: You will be charged 35% flat fee. Collection: This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file or sent via a separate invoice. No-Show PolicyIf you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, it will be documented as a "No-Show". No-shows will be charged 35% of the service for missed service. Multiple consecutive no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings. Late ArrivalsWe offer a grace period of 15 minutes past your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than this window, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for subsequent clients. If it must be rescheduled, the standard late cancellation fee will apply.
